Niche Creator Pro wants you to be completely satisfied with the products and services you receive.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product or service , please visit online Order Status or call 1-603-935-8416 to request a RMA.

Product returns:

For all products you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.  If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Niche Creator Pro will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to Niche Creator Pro within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.   All products must be unused in any way and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.  Buyer must pay shipping costs and insurance for return of product.

Service, program or membership returns:

You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you purchase your program(s) to initiate a return.  You must either contact Niche Creator Pro online via the Contact Us page or call 1-603-953-8416.  Niche Creator Pro will make its best efforts to resolve your issue and has up to 30 calendar days to remedy the situation.  If the issue is not remedied to your complete satisfaction, Niche Creator Pro will consult with you and mutually agree upon a solution, but in no case will exceed the total amounts of payments made by you.

Please note that Niche Creator Pro does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products/services:

  1. Items clearly marked “As Is”.
  2. Items marked “No Refunds”.
  3. Items that have been used and cannot be resold as “brand new” to another customer.

Service/Membership Cancellation

You will be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges, or other charges through the mutually agreed upon termination date.

Note: Niche Creator Pro recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Niche Creator Pro or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
